Our Yoga Teacher

A yogic lifestyle involves consciously shaping our attitudes, habits, and general ways of life to be more congruent with the philosophies, principles, morals, and ethics of yoga. While we will all have a highly individual way of implementing a yogic lifestyle, there are a few guidelines we can all follow.

Yoga as a lifestyle is a way of living that incorporates the principles and practices of yoga into all aspects of one’s life. This includes one’s physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Some of the key principles of yoga that can be incorporated into a yogic lifestyle include:

  • Ahimsa (non-violence): This principle teaches us to live in a way that is harmless to ourselves and others.
  • Satya (truthfulness): This principle teaches us to be honest and truthful in our thoughts, words, and actions.
  • Asteya (non-stealing): This principle teaches us to respect the property and belongings of others.
  • Brahmacharya (continence): This principle teaches us to practice moderation and self-control in all areas of our lives.
  • Aparigraha (non-possessiveness): This principle teaches us to let go of attachment to material possessions and to live a simple life.

Yoga as a lifestyle also includes the regular practice of yoga asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breath control), and meditation. These practices help to keep the body and mind healthy and balanced.

In addition to the physical and mental benefits of yoga, living a yogic lifestyle can also lead to a more spiritual and fulfilling life. Yoga teaches us to be more present and mindful in the moment, to accept ourselves and others for who we are, and to live in harmony with the world around us.

If you are interested in living a yogic lifestyle, there are a few things you can do to get started:

  • Start by learning about the principles and practices of yoga. There are many books, articles, and websites that can provide you with this information.
  • Find a qualified yoga instructor who can teach you the basics of yoga asana, pranayama, and meditation.
  • Start practicing yoga regularly. Even a short daily practice can make a big difference.
  • Be mindful of your thoughts, words, and actions. Try to live in accordance with the principles of yoga.
  • Let go of attachments and live a simple life.

Living a yogic lifestyle is a journey, not a destination. It takes time and effort to change one’s habits and way of life. But if you are committed to the journey, you will find that yoga can lead to a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

Early Stages

I started as yoga trainer and getting more and more close with people who came for yoga classes, I saw that it might not be all I can do for them. Then I started thinking about elaborating my own complex lifestyle program. I already had a bunch of ideas – so it started swiftly.

Career Start

With my medical degree in endocrinology I was able to smartly combine yoga techniques together with correct nutrition recommendations and come up with a neat program that would improve self-comprehension of many people struggling with their weight problems and overall dissatisfaction.

My clients – people are diverse,
